Move more, move well
I encourage everyone to do some movement snacking during the day. It doesn't have involve setting aside blocks of time. Just try and do a little bit throughout the day. Making a cup of tea, why not do some hip hitching at the same time. Brushing your teeth, do some squats whilst you do. Your body will like it!
In order to support this, I've started to produce a database of movements that clients can do at home (see picture below).
